Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize DevOps practices to ensure secure and efficient software delivery. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance our deployment automation and cloud-native environments.

• Build and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop deployment automation and administer Kubernetes/container platforms.
• Improve build, test, deployment, and release workflows.
• Integrate automated testing, validation, security scanning, and compliance controls.
• Monitor platform health and reliability while troubleshooting deployment failures and incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Maintain release procedures, documentation, and runbooks.
• Evaluate DevOps technologies and mentor engineers.
• Support critical deployment and platform issues.
• 8+ years in DevOps, software, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
• Strong CI/CD and release management experience.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools.
• Experience with source control and branching strategies.
• Knowledge of cloud-native/distributed systems and containerization.
• Familiarity with automation and IaC concepts.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting.
• Experience with production troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of security scanning, compliance, and access control.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred.
